Represents technical authority for Seismicinterpretation to the COMPANY
Defines standards for Seismic interpretation across to the COMPANY Asset Teams through the development of Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs).
Supports assets in determining opportunities todevelop studies to assist with reservoir characterization andsurface-subsurface integration.

Lead Seismic Fitness and Futures for the Region todevelop the seismic strategy and processing plans for the region
Pro-actively provide advice when potentialactivities are discussed and feedback to the Area Managers to aid resource andbudget planning
Identifies challenges across all assets and implementsnew technologies and workflows related to seismic interpretation.
Captures lessons learned and best-practices relatedto seismic interpretation, and ensures their communication and consistencyacross assets.
Participates directly andindirectly in technical staff development related to seismicinterpretation (training, coaching,career development)
Maintain professional and technical knowledge within to the COMPANY
Support less experienced team members with technicalhelp and advice in their roles as project QA geophysicists, and with theirhands-on processing tasks.
Support and coach to the COMPANY staff in seismic Interpretation data issues.
Help coordinate andpotentially deliver training programmes for junior staff members.
Participate actively in partner meetings at assetrequest.
Present project progress or reviews internally andparticipates actively in external workshops or conferences in Region.

Support and Direct the implementation of the SeismicTechnology Strategy and Plan in to the COMPANY , provide Technical support and advice to theReservoir Management teams within the JV and the BP Global Seismic Community asrequired in support of their business & technical objectives
