Job Description
Minimum Criteria
  • Practical experience of 6-10 years in institutional development in the field of job evaluation, job calculation and job descriptions
  • Must have working experience in Goverment Sector
  • Ability of conducting Job Evaluation of jobs and grading
  • Collect information on manpower needs at the beginning of the year or as directed.
  • Coordinate with all project managers to analyze the expected annual workload in order to identify manpower needs for the coming year And resource constraints  Humanity In the Department and its affiliates.
  • Review existing job descriptions are proposed and suggested recommendations for updating / modifying job descriptions (if needed)
