Oracle E-Business Suite R12-Payroll Business 1st Line Support Resource:
· 5+ years Oracle e-Business Suite R12+ experience of Supporting Business Users of HR/Payroll Process With following business processes:
- Payroll Process
- Core HR Process
· Experience of Working as First Line of Support is Required.
· Working Experience of End to End Payroll Run to Payment Disbursement Cycle Support using Oracle EBS 12+.
· Bilingual Capabilities are Required with Arabic and English
· Ability to Communicate Independently with Business Users and follow-up with 2nd line of support and handle escalations proactively
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
· Working experience within U.A.E Public Sector would be considered as Added Value.
· Ability to Forward Issues/Request to 2nd line of Support with all required details.
