· Minimum of six years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry in the field of Process safety management.
· Proficiency in HYSIS and PHA-PRO software.
· Technical ability in understanding codes and standards mainly API 520/521.
· Knowledge of Process safety and risk assessment studies Participate in developing and implementing standards related to Process Safety.
· Monitor and analyze various process safety initiatives like operation envelopes, SIS activations, Alarm management, shift handover, shift meetings etc.
· Carry out or participate in Process safety and risk assessments, hazard identification/evaluation studies, hazard operability studies and analysis.
· Establish, implement and follow up the Process safety metrics, leading and lagging performance indicators. Audit various sections / departments in the facility as a level-1 Audit for process safety and operational Integrity.
· Track, manage and ensure close out of the QUARTZ relevant to process safety and monitor and follow up that deviations and non-conformities are identified and justified I corrected, and subsequently closed out.
