Job Description
  • Preparation of New IT Infra system
  • Preparation of New Servers and Storage
  • Preparation of New Business and Power Workstation (Hardware)
  • Preparation of New Business and Power Workstation (Software installation)
  • Preparation of New Structured cable in office and workstations
  • Technical assistance and support on IT supplies
Minimum Criteria
  • Ensure   employees receive high quality support for their ICT issues from On-site support.
  • Develop the support operations to ensure efficient and good quality service and business value.
  • Local ICT Support, including inventory management of servers, computers, printers and landline phone, telefax, mobile telephone and RSA tokens.
  • Coordination with ICT concerning local implementation of networks, server environment, email and instant messaging systems as well as remote networks.
  • Local ICT support of CCTV, Access Control System, Time Attendance System, Audio-Video Conference System, IP Telephone System, ERP system, Business Application, Engineering application (e.g. AutoCAD, Micro Station, Primavera P6, Smart Plant) including the following;
  • VMware Workstation
  • Microsoft Operating System e.g. Windows 7 and Windows 10 Pro
  • MS Application
  • Skype for Business
  • PDF
  • Back-up, Archive and Restore Data
  • Disaster Recovery
  • Citrix
  • VPN
  • WLAN (e.g. CISCO)
  • Router (e.g. Linksys)
  • Firewall (e.g. CISCO, FortiGate)
  • Server & Storage (e.g. Dell, HP)
  • Switch (e.g. HP, Linksys)
  • Workstation (e.g. HP, Lenovo)
  • NAS (e.g. WD)

The keys to success in this role

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is

  • At least bachelor level degree in IT or other relevant education or experience.
  • Preferably approximately 5 ~ 7  years of work experience in managing IT end user support services (Oil & Gas).
  • Solid understanding and experience of overall IT service management
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Technical knowhow
  • Great communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Positive attitude
Other Information

Duration : 3 ~ 6 months  Depend on the workload and requirement, there can be extension of contract as required

Salary Package :  5,000 ~7,000 AED ( all inclusive)

Preferably Filipino  Nationality
