Provide technical assistance to Supervisor for the preparation of HVAC maintenance plan and Annual Budget Estimation.
Communicate the maintenance procedures and instructions to subordinates and carried out the work in a control manner.
Prepare general HVAC maintenance & overhauling schedules according to company’s set standard & procedures.
Conduct preventive maintenance for all HVAC equipment’s in order to facilitate uninterrupted operations.
Prepares status report/update of all HVAC equipment’s maintenance/installation history.
Attend to breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
Diploma in Airconditioning
9 years in A/C Refrigeration Maintenance
2 years’ experience in a leading position
Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel & Power Point) Practical knowledge of A/C & Refrigeration maint. Principles good in timing management, multi-tasking. Good knowledge in all HVAC equipment and system.
Work Location: Offshore Island
Working hours:11 hours a day 7 days a week
Rotation Cycle 42/21 paid leave and air ticket
