Job Description

• Production planning using SAP/ Excel for Lubes and Grease as well as updated production plans using interfaces in Demand.
• Base oil planning for lubes and grease operation.
• Packaging material planning on daily basis and monthly basis.
• Coordination with demand team for raw material availability.
• Coordination and follow-up on plan execution for blending, filling and bulk work area to ensure plan compliance.
• Product availability dates to be communicated to logistics and demand team as per guideline.
• Coordination with plant logistics team on daily basis for product availability, warehouse product transfer plan and bulk planning.
• Berth booking for incoming vessel as per guidelines.
• Responsible for the role of production executive and ready to work in 2nd shift  in case of business requirements
• Active participation in emergency response plan & emergency preparedness.
• Follow QHSE laid down procedures & guidelines and ensure compliance
• Monitor work area for Potential losses and recommend areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence & compliance with Loss control objectives, Quality, HSE & Energy Policies, rules & regulations and PPE.
• Be proactive to any changes to production plans due to changes in bulk delivery plans and control blending plans accordingly
• Be reactive to any changes coming up due to changing business needs, customer requirements, and material related issues.
• Be supportive to Outbound logistics and communicate any non-availability of product for the next day as committed by the production plan for the week
• Responsible for agreed productivities and indicators as per QHSE guidelines
• Review & amendment of QMS Planning related  Procedure

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge:

• Good basic knowledge of lubricants blending process.
• Working knowledge of HSEQ management systems.
• Working knowledge of Energy Management systems
• Good knowledge of Production planning  process

 Experience:

• 4-5 years of experience in similar position handling production and demand/supply/production planning in a reasonably complex multinational environment, preferably from the lubricants industry.
• Must be proficient in computer operations – MS Office, Microsoft Outlook & SAP.
• Hands on experience in Safety, ISO 9001 (Quality) & ISO 14001 (Environmental) Management systems
• Work experience in a similar industrial environment ( Industries with packaging machineries like FMCG/Lubricants/Paints/etc handling multiple SKU’s) – NOT from trading /distribution industries which deals in imports/exports only.
• Work experience and in-depth understanding in SAP- MRP process.

 Education:

• Graduate in any discipline.

Position: Production Planning Executive

Salary : 13-15k AED depending on experience plus annual benefits
