Overseeing and directing construction from conception to completion
Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

HSE RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Part of Duty Officer roster, as such be knowledgeable about the emergency response procedures of TABK.
o Actively participate in all HSE related events (meetings, initiatives, workshops, tool box talks, training sessions, drills)
o Contribute to the achievement of the yearly HSE improvement plans, lagging and leading indicators of the affiliate
JOB CONTENTS/PROBLEM SOLVING (ACTIVITIES)
Ø Oversee and direct construction projects, EPF and Pipeline from conception to completion
Ø Verify that materials and equipment deployed are fit for purpose
Ø To report weekly & monthly activities (incl. cost & planning)
Ø To ensure construction comply with engineering documents
Ø To develop staff safety awareness by anomalies reporting & attendance to events
Ø To organize and check regularly the quality of the construction
Ø To ensure the coordination of the various subcontractors involved on site
Ø To interface with people working in a large range of trades
Ø To manage construction interfaces with different stakeholders
Ø Plan ahead to prevent problems
Ø Analyze, Manage and mitigate risks
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT:
Work location based in Abu Dhabi.for the first months, then move to site to follow construction activities
- Constraints: Client Statement of requirement (SOR) not detailed and construction documentation not complete. Tight delivery milestones function of Operational objectives.
