SP3D Modler Piping for Drawing extraction and checking:
- Minimum eight (08) years of relevant experience in SP3D Drawing extraction and checking.
- Working knowledge in SP3D version 2018 modeling like Pipe routing, Equipment, deliverable extraction (ISO, GA mainly).
- Knowledge in extraction of SP3D deliverables from SP3D, checking of extracted drawing with the input received from AGP, comments or finding mark up on extracted drawing, update these comments in Live SP3D model / data base, prepare the check print, prepare the check list, submission of extracted deliverable from SP3D with no error to AGP.
- Knowledge in To-do list error clearing and finding clash detections & clearing in SP3D if found during checking of deliverables any.
- Also familiar with international codes /standards ASME, ASTM, ANSI, DIN, ISO etc. Hands on experience on development of design packages including development of 3D Model, GA, Isometric, MTO, plot plan layout, pipe routing etc.
- Knowledge / Experience of As-built SP3D project.
- Knowledge / Experience to use Laser scan output (Point Cloud data) to cross check with model done based on requirement will be preferred.
- Piping modler will be whole responsible for the quality of submitted drawing to client inline to AGP requirement with no error. Considering no other person will check extracted drawing. He alone will be response for quality.
