Job Description

Plan and implement HR activities in line with HR Senior Lead’s guidance. The core functionality to provide overall administration & services for HR strategy and planning, payroll, employee database, SAP processes, compensation & benefits, employee relations, contracts, and contractor management. Role extends to supporting in all HR domains including as & when required

 

  • Support the preparation, implementation and monitoring of the Functional budget (including but not limited to: contractors’ manpower, HR core activities, payroll, business trips and medical).
  • Prepare specific information for budget control purposes and ensures all HR activities are carried out within the approved budgets.
  • Contribute to HR’s strategic planning process & operational implementation plans
  • Assist HR Senior Lead in collating the annual budget forecast.
  • Ensuring cost effectiveness of the section activities.

Ensure all SAP processes are accurately compiled and allocated to right budget

Minimum Criteria

 

  • Male (required)
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent
  •  Chartered Institute for Personnel Development (CIPD) Certificate or Diploma or equivalent
  •   Minimum 3 years in HR in Oil & Gas or related industry

 

Technical

§  Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel)

§  Proficiency level in SAP and payroll system

Other Information
  • Salary range 17,000 AED to 19,000 AED
  • Must be SAP and excel Expert, and knows very well Budgeting and Payroll elements and calculations
  • Prefer Arabic candidate or speak fluent Arabic and English (bilingual)
  • Bachelor graduate
  • High Interpersonal skills
  • Experience 5 + preferably in Oil & Gas or related industry
