Submit, follow-up and gather all new work and business visas to guarantee that the visas are handled and processed on time.
Renew, update and keep up all paperwork for staffs (incl. visa, ID, Labour Card etc.) and their dependents’ visas, as well as work contracts on time. Ensuring that organization’s records are up to date in the labour and Immigration Departments.
Send notification to employees on required documents and updates pertained to internal residential requirements.
Acquire visas from different Embassies in UAE for staff members for business related travels
Representing the company with the critical infrastructure and coastal protection authorities (CICPA), issuing and renewal of security passes for onshore and offshore sites for JOD staffs as well as business visitors.
