Job Description

• Set up, develop and maintain the Project HSE management system.
• Prepare and Implement the HSE plan.
• Collect and study all local HSE related laws, regulations, standards, codes, documents and form file folder.
• Ensure that the necessary resources for executing an effective HSE program.
• Be responsible for the statistics, summary, analysis and evaluation of HSE indicators to ensure the Project HSE object.  
• Organize the Site HSE walk down inspection and follow up HSE findings.
• Organize and participate the investigation of HSE accidents/incidents and report to top management.
• Be responsible for all Project emergency response.
• Recognize HSE hazards and environmental elements, implement the laws/regulations and Client HSE requirements.
• Be responsible for Project HSE training and improve staff’s HSE awareness.
• Coordinate and communicate with Client’s HSE and relative department to resolve all HSE issues. 
• Lead or participate Project HSE Audit organized by Jereh and Client.
• Instruct the site HSE Engineer to do their job properly.
• Any other duties as directed by Project Manager.

• 15+ or more years with extensive working expereience as Site HSE Manager

• Working location:Abu Dhabi
• Working term: 6 months, 
• locally available in UAE
