Job Description
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
  • Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement
  • Liaise with all Departments for customer’s requirements.
  • Manages and resolves business conflicts between the company and the clients. Review of customer proposed terms and conditions
  • Assist in visiting potential customers to prospect for new business (If needed)
  • Coordinate with management in negotiating and closing of the business deals with clients and signing off the contracts.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing and payment schedule, ensuring that the agreements with the clients are commercially advantageous
  • Preparation of Contracts (formal, short term, and annual contracts)—Drafting, Evaluation, Negotiation and Execution
  • Maintain contractual records and documentation.
  • Control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes.
  • Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
  • Contribute to collect the payments from the clients in a timely manner in coordination with finance department (If needed)
  • Ensure company services are offered with appropriate, competitive terms and conditions
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend changes.
  • Monitor the Tender/Performance bond expiry and timely collection of the same.
  • Careful planning to achieve accurate and timely results.
  • Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties through work orders to provide contract visibility and awareness. Liaise with all departments to insure accurate billing.
  • Track the contract expiry, extension, or renewal.
  • Provide weekly and monthly contracts reports to the management.


  • Knowledge of contracting & negotiating and successful public relations.
  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
Minimum Criteria
  • Male or Female.
  • Western Nationality (preferably)
  • Currently inside in UAE.
  • Work Location: Mainly in Abu Dhabi, but will be required to visit other Emirates.
  • Experience: at least 3 years in the UAE.
  • Salary: NEGOTIABLE
