Job Description

To support the Corporate Security reporting and Management Information Systems for Corporate Security Team globally


Collation of Security related reports, observations, records, evidences and artifacts and updating security risk trackers.

Working closely with the global and regional team to maintain timely input and follow up on security related reports, returns and presentations.

Updating the Security Management Information Systems (MIS) with security audit, security risks, training & awareness inputs from team members, so they are available during Management Review Meetings and on-demand.

Generating intelligence through data analysis to enable action on any of the objectives that require attention from security management. Creating reports, graphs, trend analysis, and other data visualizations that aid in decision-making.

Using automation opportunities such as MS-Excel Macros or VBA based tools on need basis, to simplify the collation and flow of information through the team and the MIS.

Preparing presentations, reports and other deliverables that require updated information from the MIS

Following-up with team members for regular inputs to key deliverables and targets related to audits, security risk register, trainings, investigations, awareness and other important deliverables for the Corporate Security team. Checking the deliverables for data integrity, quality and correctness before they are incorporated into the MIS.

Judicious use of natural resources.

Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organisation.


Minimum Criteria
  • Graduate or global equivalent degree, a degree in Language or Sciences, is preferred
  • Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma is desirable

At least 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Experience in the service industry, IT or BPO industry is preferred in similar roles, assisting senior professionals

  • Understanding and working with management reporting and Management Information Systems (MIS) or Data Repository Tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of the complete Microsoft Office suite, especially MS-PowerPoint, MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-Outlook. VBA or Macro programming experience is desirable.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a wide set of stakeholders.
  • Time management to ensure that management deliverables are met.

Self-starter with a zeal to achieve assigned goals and objectives with minimal supervision.
